I've Been a Busy Bee Today!

I finished 2 more layouts today in addition to my Altered Mini Birdhouse! I am so proud of myself.

The first one is Italy = Beauty: For this one I used cooregated cardboard covered with Making Memories Acrylic Paint and Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. I added MM Blossoms and Buttons to it around the Tuscany picture. The butterflies are painted with MM Acrylic Paints and have Liquid Pearls as the centers. I used a Daisy D's hinge to attach the image to the Websters Pages cardstock. The paper used for the journaling and as the background to the hidden photo is Jenni Bowlin. All of the butterflies are Tim Holtz Grungeboard as well as the flower stems on the bottom of the LO. I took the Blossoms and Buttons and used them as the flowers for the stems as well. The title is a sticker from K&Co's Amy Butler collection.

The second LO is 3 Yrs: For this all of the cardstock is Bo Bunny's My Darling Caroline Collection. The title is American Crafts Thickers. The vine is a Prima Fleur Vine. I journaled from my computer on Cricut paper. It didn't really take a lot since the Bo Bunny paper is so loud! I was really proud with how it turned out. The layout is my take on a sketch from Simply Scrapping. It is Judy's Sketch #4. Great sketch!

I even managed to get some cleaning done today here at home! I was so proud of all of the stuff I accomplished on my off day. Usually it is not this easy. The kids were very very good! They played really well almost the entire day while I finished the birdhouse, the Italy Layout and then worked on the birthday layout. I also was able to clean the kitchen floor including wash the rugs, as well as washing the shower curtain and cleaning out the tub. Not my most favorite things to do, but they really needed done, and I did them! Yay!
