When you think the world is over...

When you think the world is over, things may change for you, so don't fret. You may become a butterfly sooner than you think. ;) I love the quote that I used on today's canvas. It is from a Unity kit that contained some really awesome quotes. They were too big for some of the cards that I was working on, but are perfect for the canvases that I have been working on.

My brother has moved in with us to help not only us out financially, but himself. It is a good fit. He is lucky enough to have his bedroom in the basement by my studio. ;) Well, I think he is lucky anyway! At some point we may give him our bedroom and take the basement room. Who knows... it's up in the air right now. Anyway, he has been sweet enough to help us decorate the house, and has really been doing a wonderful job. I'm so flattered that he has incorporated my artwork throughout the house. I had been hanging a lot of it in our bedroom or the hallway, mainly because I wasn't sure if my brother was interested in my creations... but he is! He has asked me to make more pieces to coordinate with our decor. It may sound silly that I don't hang them up all around the house, but honestly, I normally end up hanging them up in my room or the hallway to photograph them and then end up forgetting to move them to another spot! Oops! Silly me! However, thanks to my brother, all of my work is getting showcased properly and in various rooms.

Today the canvas I am sharing today was created for my Design Team share for Happy N Scrappin' on the blog. I used Basic Grey's Plumeria Collection to create this along with an 8x10 canvas, some Glimmer Mist and Mod Podge.

The quote states, "Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly." Such a beautiful quote. This is now on my coffee table beside our love seat in the living room. I have my favorite hobnail candle sitting next to it. It looks really pretty!

Thank you so much for stopping by! If you get a chance, pop by the Happy N Scrappin' Blog to see some more work!

And your brother is quite right....you should have your artwork all round the house.
I love this quote....and how you've used it.
