Pretty as a Picture

Hello fellow bloggers and followers! 

Today was my first day working in the store at work. I was asked a couple of weeks ago if I would be interested in working one day a week in the store in addition to my normal production/manufacture position. Of course I said yes! I couldn't pass up a chance to work with the public again. It went really well. I loved talking to the customers and working with them. Not to mention I have a great trainer. She has worked in the store for quite a while and knows everything forwards and backwards. She is also super sweet, sassy and funny! I love her! Tomorrow I am on my own in the store with minimal help from the other lady who works in the store when our regular gal is off. I'm excited! Wish me luck! 

A couple of days ago I created the layout that I am sharing with you today. I used one of my Studio Calico kits, a paper doily, kraft paper, Glimmer Mist, some lacy trim and a Prima flower. The butterflies that come with the Daydream Believer kit are super gorgeous! I may go back and add some glitter to them, but I may save that idea for another project with my other butterfly. 

It's a simple and quickly made layout, but the colors are so pretty. I adore the chevron patterned paper!
