Kitty Love

These two guys are so cute when they get along and cuddle together. It's funny, Toby, the short hair cat acts as though he can't stand Moe, the gray, long haired one. He will try to avoid contact with Moe and brush off any advances Moe makes a lot of the time. But, then, he will give in and let Moe give him love. We will then find the two of them curled up together like in the photo on this layout. It is so funny. They will run around and fight and play, but then love on one another. I could spend hours watching the two of them interact. 

I created this layout for the Your Memories Here blog for my post this Monday. We are celebrating Tattered Angels products this month, so the majority of our projects have featured Tattered Angels products in them. I used some Glimmer Mist in this project along with a Prima Mask from the store. I love this mask... I was so happy when I got it. I love having my layouts fairly full, so this is nice if I want some empty space, but still wan some sort of embellishing on that area. The papers I used are by SEI, from their Love Birds Collection which you can also find for under five dollars at the store! It's a whole paper pack with die cut embellishments in addition to the cardstock and patterned papers! It's really a steal! 

Below are some close ups of the layout. I had the chipboard hearts in my stash, and used a pink marker over them and then some Distress Stickles over the top. 

Serenity and I were at home together when I finished this layout, and another as well, and she wanted to have her picture taken with them. Here is a shot of her with my "Kitty Love" layout. She really liked it and kept asking if it was hers! 

Don't you just love her hat and dress? Both were Easter presents from the Bunny. I love her little hippie dress, as I call it. And that hat goes with this really cute black and white dress that has a pink bow around the middle. I can't wait to get shots of her in it to share with you!
