First things first... the latest prompt is up at the Ninjas blog.... it's secrets!! If you have one... will you share?? This is mine... my secret that not many know about is that I suffer from depression... and I take a pill daily to help me feel "normal". It's not the worst thing in the world, I know... but there is still a stigma to depression and mental illness. I used lot's of paint and gesso to mess up the layout... and there is a sun in the bottom left corner that signifies how I feel when I take my pill.... it says, "My secret is also my daily sunshine." and each of the rays have the word "happy" written on them. And now for the news..... at the pink ninjas, there is a design team call for the next round of design team! Emily, your secret is safe in my hands...I live with depression as well. I've been on drugs for nearly 2 years now, but should have started much before that. And I feel just like you...a pill is a small "sacrifice" to make to feel "normal". Crafting is my sunshine.
