Story of Beauty & Death

Hello! Hopefully you are all having a great Easter weekend. We don't have the kids this weekend so it's just Keith and me spending Easter together. Tomorrow afternoon we are going to have Easter dinner with some friends of ours. I'm making dirt cake and cherry pie to take. Yummy....  :)

I have another layout share for you today. We went to Bellfontaine Cemetery the last time Keith's parents came to visit in the fall, and I took a lot of photos with my iPhone. I swear I use my phone to take pictures more than I use my camera! 

The photo of the monument in this layout is for a woman who was the beauty of St. Louis during her time. Her very pale complexion was the envy of many. After she died, her autopsy revealed that she had been taking small does of arsenic to maintain her paleness not realizing that it was killing her.
