I Love Pie!

Okay, I will admit it... I'm a SUCKER for some homemade pie. And not just any pie... but CHERRY PIE. It is one of my ultimate weaknesses. If there is some available, it is really hard for me to say no.  I've been really good when going out though about not ordering any, so that's a positive. : ) I may have a booty, but I don't want to make it any bigger! LOL

I chose to make this a pretty clean and simple layout. Some more of my remaining Studio Calico papers were used on this, as well as some textured cardstock with some Heidi Swapp chipboard cherries. I think I've had those cherries since I first started scrapbooking! 

The punched hearts were lying around from when my brother was playing with my punches, so I just used them. Distress ink was used around the hearts and the kraft cardstock. 

Doesn't my pie look yummy?? I made this one all by myself. I have a recipe for a fabulous flaky crust that I love to use. My family loves it.
