I absolutely love what I do, but I'm not going to lie, I totally make fun of my guests. You can guarantee this happens at all hotels. I generally don't make fun of them all, just the really stupid and ignorant ones. Or, the ones who are drunk. They really do make for some great entertainment. I'm not going to lie. If you ever get a  chance and have a hotel near you, drop in and sit in the lobby for a few hours around check in time (4pm-7pm is best) and you will see the things I often talk about or laugh at. Sometimes people just don't make sense.
