Scenes from a drive home...

We went to my parents this weekend and the kids got to spend time with the grandparents and their aunts. We had a great time. We had a pizza party on Sunday with ice cream afterward. The kids loved it all. They spent lots of time on the trampoline and down by the pond. 

I have some photos to share from the trip back home below.... the sky and the weather was just gorgeous!! It was a perfect Labor Day.

There is a lake just down the road from my parents. We had to stop and check it out today. 

Keith decided to teach the kids how to skip rocks. 

I hung down by the waters edge on the rocks. 

Okay, they ARE in their pajamas, still... and it was noon. Oh well... they had a blast! 

I love the way the water looks with the sun glaring on it. Ooops, also got my finger in the bottom left hand corner! 

There were a few boats out on the water. I know if we had the chance, we would have been out there with them.

All in all, it was the best day!
