What a week.......

What a week it has been. Austin had been coughing and clearing his throat for the past two weeks or so, so last week I took him to the Dr. They diagnosed him with walking pneumonia. Yuck. So, after one day of missing school and on antibiotics, he was back and he finally isn't really coughing or anything. Yay! Me, on the other hand, is another story. I began feeling lousy and having a cough a couple of days ago. I have also been feeling tired and weak. So I left work because I was feeling so crappy and went to the Dr. Guess what, I have Influenza. Seriously. First we have walking Pneumonia, now the Flu in our house. How much better can it get? I was told I can't go back to work until Thursday. Thursday!! I have a full house at the hotel with our top account, and can't go back to work until Thursday! How can this be? I am so damn antsy and frustrated it isn't even funny. I would normally go to work when I don't feel well, but something told me that I needed to go to the Dr.'s. Trust me, I am glad that I did, but dang, I didn't want it to turn out this way! I just can't wait until I feel better and can go back to work. I feel like I am completely worthless here at home. Well, not with the family, but for work.
