I love Wednesdays.... even though today is Saturday! A new layout for SSC! Some Pink Ninja Addicts action too!

On Wednesday the latest challenge went up at Simply Scrapping Crafts. Seriously, this one is great. The challenge is to use paper piecing on your creation, whether it be layout, card, altered item, etc. I will admit, I have never really done the paper piecing thing until this layout. I have loved the look, but never done it. It was soooooooo easy!! I had a blast making my little owl!! I got the template for the owl from Scrapbooks Etc. They have some awesome paper piecing templates!

This is the layout that I did for the challenge.... I love how it turned out. I love tulle, and how my daughter loves her fluffy tulle skirt. She looks slightly punk and totally eighties!! LOVE IT!!

I used the *three little birds* kit from Pink Ninja Addicts for this layout.... LOVE IT!!
