CM Group Outreach Project

My friend Lindsey lost her scrap stuff in a house fire right after Christmas. She was so down for the past month until I had her over to my house for the crop night. I posted on a group at CM about the crop night that we had, telling the girls at the group a bit about her story. Well, out of the kindness of their hearts they started to put together some care packages for her. And then they began to send them to me so that I could give them to her! I have been 

hording the packages at my place unti I could give them to her. We wanted to wait until it was right before her birthday, which happens to be today, so that she would have an even more awesome surprise! Well, on Friday, when she worked I brought in the packages and surprised her! It was so awesome! I was just as excited as her. She was crying and shaking so hard she couldn't even open the packages! LOL but she greatly appreciates all of the work the girls put in and the kindness that they showed her. It really is greatly appreciated. I personally thank all of the ladies over at Crop N Chat for what they have done. As you can see, Lindsey was VERY surprised and overwhelmed. She kept saying that she couldn't believe that people could be that kind. There are still good people out there, I know this, but they are just harder to find. So, on behalf of Lindsey and myself, I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Crop N Chat over at CafeMom for doing this for her. She will now be able to complete some LO's for herself and start over in an awesome way!
