You are FINtastic!!! - I Heart {ippity}!! And some baseball!

Good evening my friends! My apologies for this being posted so late tonight, but we were at a baseball game today. :) Hehe... it was Cardinals VS Indians and the Indians won!!! Hooray!! Go Tribe!! It was an AWESOME game!! Yes, I know, I live in St. Louis and was just at a game a couple of weeks ago where I totally rooted for the Cardinals, but the house I live in is really an Indians house! With a bit of Cardinals. ;)

Today I wanted to share a card I created and shared over at the I Heart {ippity} Blog today using this kit: 

IPK-109 Fishy Philosophy 

This is a really fun set. I wasn't a bit card maker or stamper up until the last year and a half and I have been learning more and more with each stamp I pick up. This set was intimidating at first, but then some ideas for projects came to mind and I was set! I love when that happens! 

I created this to send to a friend of mine who I don't see as often as I should. I know she could use something to cheer her up, and thought this would be perfect. 

The patterned papers I used are from the Boys Only collection by Doodlebug which I got from the Happy N Scrappin' store. My fish was colored in with Faber Castell markers and the bubbles are some Doodlebug gems from the store as well. I used Distress Ink around my white cardstock and patterned paper.

C. Perez who closed out the game. Totally awesome. He used to play for STL, but was traded to Cleveland. He also got sick on the mound as soon as the game was over. Yuck!
