I love the HUGE journal spots in this kit! Gorgeous layout!
ReplyDeleteWe are just starting our family traditions but this year we are adding the Santa footprint one. We will be making footprints with flour etc to make it look like he came through the front door while DD was sleeping! I am so excited! We will also be doing the Elf thing this year, although I am not sure she is old enough to get it just yet!
We, too, are just starting our family traditions. Just about the only one we have is that every year we try to visit a city/place in the US that we've never been. It's sort of our thing. :)

ReplyDeleteFamily traditions? Me and my two kids, who are now grown and almost grown, have several traditions between just the 3 of us. One of my favorites is that we make or buy a special Christmas ornament each year for each of us. The plan is that when they each have their own home, they can take their ornaments with them. I'm not sure how that's really going to work in practice, because I don't think I'll want to give up those memories.
Every single gathering on my side of the family ends up with a card game of Rook. Everyone in the family loves it....except me. Why? I have no idea, but I love watching them enjoy it. :)

ReplyDeleteI'm having fun creating family traditions with my kiddos - making Thanksgiving decorations (remember the turkey you make from a handprint?) is my fave.
ReplyDeleteWe have already had our thanksgiving here in Canada. Family tradition is just all getting together as one large family and remembering old times.
