After looking at this layout again, I'm wondering if I shouldn't just change the title... titles always cause me to hit a wall for some reason. I can get the rest of the project together, but when it comes to the title, I get a brain fart! Or, I will think that I have the perfect title, and when I get it on the layout, it looks a bit, well, stupid. Anyone else ever have this problem?
This layout was fun for me to make, since I got to use all these great shots of the kids actually getting along together.. which is where the title came from. But it just hasn't sat right with me since I created it. These are the "Good Times", so maybe that's what it should be... I'm still not sure. I could then create the "Bad Times" layout, right? ;)
I've been trying to use up my stash of products since I'm restricting my scrap supply shopping for a while. This is a good thing though, because I am discovering all of the lovely stuff that I have had, and just never used! Like kit from Bad Girls that I used to create "Together"... it's actually the Butterfly Kisses kit that I am giving away for my blog candy!! If you haven't checked it out and gotten in on the drawing, better do it soon, because the giveaway closes on the 30th!!
"Together " was created as my DT example for Sketch #38 at Creative Genealogy Scrapbooking by Rowena. I am always so challenged by the sketches at CGS because I normally scrap single photo layouts, and Rowena creates many sketches that have multiple photos... this is a good thing for me! It helps me use up my photos and look at the creative process and layouts in a different way! If you haven't ever been over to CGS, you should go check out the sketch and play along... a winner is randomly picked from the participants every week! And the prizes are really good!! Now that you are done reading this insanely long post from me, you need to get your booty over there and play!! ;)

The title is just fine! I'm planning on printing my blog entry and place it on the back of the layout. You could do that here so it would explain your choice of the title!

I snorted when I read brain fart! lol. I think the title is great as it is! I often have a hard time with titles also!
Awesome layout Em! I love how you used that Hambly butterfly print in the background - I see those and wonder how I would ever use them - you make it all look so easy! Big hugs!
You are so silly. I sooo understand though. That is why sometimes I like to choose the title before I start the layout.

great layout and yeah, I get the title thing too..sometimes my layouts don't get titles :) for precisely that same reason.
