Over at Simply Scrapping Crafts, the newest Technique Tuesday posted yesterday! I am your host this week with the technique of accordian folding. It's super easy! We all remember making paper fans, right? Just like that but on a smaller scale and with paper strips. That's how I make mine anyway!
I made the paper rosette flowers on this layout. Just took different sizes of paper strips and accordian folded them then created these flowers. I placed some Prima chipboard in the centers. I love this look!
